A Perfect morning
A perfect morning do they exist ?
Is that just a myth ?
Or maybe it is a set routine we have every morning we don't like to break?
I think it is the latter a routine.
For me its my holy coffee and the bible.
Sit and read it and while reading and praying I can get my kick for my flesh. My morning coffee 🍵.

Sheron Induruwa

In loving memory of Arthur Andås
Arthur Andås has passed away.
It was a message with mix emotions. On one hand, as the Bible says rejoice another one had finished the raise in Faith of His saviour Jesus Christ.
On the other hand his family loss
So why do I write about Arthur?
Arthur was for years a neighbor, a friend and a church elder for me.
But he was also a man with a passion for the mission, and Gods Word.
Im glad I experienced this side of him, the man who had a deep commitment and fire for the Word of God.
Without His passion for the Printed word I wouldn't been in Sri Lanka today.
It all started back at Solvoll and the Smyrna Bible college in the summer of 2000. Our school had just arrived from the trip to Brazil. A month full of Gods grace and we were light on fire for the Lord.
My commitment for the mission work had got a major boost.
My heart was burning to serving the Lord but I didn't know in what capacity.
Here he comes and asked, would I be interested to go to Sri Lanka.
Long story short, I went that fall and 3 years later I came permanently to Sri Lanka, rest is history.
I thank the Lord for using Arthur to get me to Sri Lanka.
Without a obedient servant history would have been different.
Therefore be obedient when the Lord talks.
You can be used, just be available for the Lord.

Arthur Andås
Mandag 13 April fikk jeg en melding fra Norge. Arthur har fått hjemlov.
Det var en melding som gav meg blandede følelser.
På en måte glede over at enda av Herrens trofaste tjenere hadde fullført løpet, og for familien som mistet sin ektemann, far , bestefar, olderfar mm.
Hvorfor skriver jeg om Arthur?
Arthur var en venn, nabo men ikke bare det. Han var en av de som hadde glød for misjonen. Og jeg må inrømme nå at hadde det ikke vert for denne gløden ville jeg ikke ha vert på Sri Lanka idag-
Det hele startet juni 2000, på Solvoll. Jeg hadde akkurat kommet hjem fra Brasil med Smyra sin Bibel skole. Jeg kan den dag idag huske gløden som brann for misjonen I mitt hjerte etter at jeg kom tilbake til Norge etter en tur sammen med Standal sine.
Mitt hjerte hadde fått vann på mølla. Hadde jeg vert glad I misjon før ble det bare værre nå.
Arthur spurte meg på Solvoll om jeg ville ta en tur til Sri Lanka for å undersøke forholdene.
Dette ble starten for meg og 3 år senere kom jeg permanent til Sri Lanka og resten er historie.
Jeg kan takke Gud for å ha brukt mange mennesker til å få meg ut, men Arthur var en av de som gikk rett på sak og pushet meg mer enn 1 gang.
Derfor ver lydig og gå når Gud taler.
Du kan bli brukt av Gud, bare still deg til disposisjon.
