Keith Green sang the song : create in me a clean heart and renewable spirit within me.in one bible translation it says steady or firm spirit.
And his song songs In my head When i read these verses.
What I want to emphasize on is, restore the joy.
The joy of the salvation, in one bible verse it says the joy of The Lord is my strength. And there are times when the joy goes away. We may grow distracted or lose that special connection with The Lord which we had. But Isaiah says restore to me the joy.
If your joy is not in his salvation today ask The Lord to fill , give thanks for being saved. And have a willing spirit.
"You will say in that day: "I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me. "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.""
Yesterday, Thursday we sat at the table eating breakfast.
As always when the family sit together and have time we take time to read the Bible and pray. It is good for a family to sit and start the day when one has the time. O make time for it.
As the psalms says, in that day today Thank The Lord. We woke up and have food. God is not angry with me, no He has turned it away. He (if you have accepted Jesus as Lord) is my Saviour. He will hold His hand upon me.
So why worry, and be afraid. that's what he says. I know I real life who doesn't worry and is afraid. Stating never being it is a lie but we can by walking close to The Lord get His presence in Your Life fear goes away.
And to conclude I find myself then other way around than ho the bible verse says. A song of praise and thank goes to him and thanking Him fr being my strength. Let Jesus be your Lord today.
